M.B., Ch.M.: Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., B.E.F., France, Egypt and Salonika. Enlisting in March, 1915, and sailing 6th April, trained at Eastbourne with 72nd Field Ambulance, mobilised with 31st Casualty Clearing Station at Aldershot in September and served abroad, returning to Australia in June, 1916. Early education at Rockhampton Grammar School.
