B.D.S.; D.D.S. (Penn.) : Captain, A.A.M.C. (Dental Services), A.I.F., France. Enlisting in December, 1915, and sailing in June, 1916, served as dental officer for two and a half years, attached to various units, one year being in France with 6th Australian Field Ambulance, and returned in December, 1918. Early education at Fort St. High and Sydney Grammar Schools.
