Book of Remembrance entry
M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Gallipoli. Enlisting 2nd October, 1914, and sailing 21st December as R.M.O. 6th A.L.H. Regt., served at Gallipoli until evacuated severely ill. Died of Illness, Egypt, 8th September, 1915, and was buried in Chatby Military Cemetery, Alexandria. Early education at The King's School. Later at St. Paul's College.
