M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Palestine. Enlisting 5th January, 1916, and sailing in April, served till April, 1917, with No. 2 Australian Stationary Hospital, Tel-el-Kebir, El Arish and Moascar, and till January, 1918, with 2nd A.L.H. Field Ambulance. Then till May was R.M.O. Anzac Field Engineers and Signallers, returning to Australia in July, 1918. Early education at South Woodburn Public and Sydney High Schools.
