Book of Remembrance entry
M.B., Ch.M. : Orderly, Friends' Ambulance Unit, Train XI, attached B.E.F., France. Sailing in September, joined unit in London, 30th November, 1915, and, crossing to France 25th January, 1916, served with Ambulance Train conveying wounded from Casualty Clearing Stations to Base Hospitals till 3rd February, 1919, then returning to Australia.
