Book of Remembrance entry
M.B. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Egypt and Palestine. Enlisting 31st January, 1917, and sailing 3rd April, served at No. 2 Australian Stationary Hospital, El Arish, from 21st May to 28th August, and as R.M.O. Australian Mounted Divisional Train till 3rd January, 1918, when transferred to 2nd A.L.H. Field Ambulance, serving until invalided to hospital 29th April. Rejoining unit, was with it until 27th November and then with No. 14 A.G.H., Cairo, till May, 1919. On non-military employment—post-graduate course—in England from August to November, returning for demobilisation.
