Mr Archibald C. Smith was the grandson of Mr Samuel Smith, founder of Yalumba Wines, Angaston, Barossa Valley, SA. There is no record of his military service. He appeared to be involved in vineyards throughout his life. He died in 1925 at the age of 44yrs.
