M.B., Ch.B. (Edin.), Arts II : Captain, R.A.M.C., B.E.F.,
Gallipoli, Egypt and France.
Enlisting in London 24th September, 1914, served at Suvla Bay
and in Egypt. Re-enlisting, was promoted captain 7th July, 1917,
and, although gassed at Philosophe in August, 1918, served until
demobilisation in England, returning to Australia in 1922.
