Book of Remembrance entry
M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., England and France. Enlisting 6th May, 1916, and sailing 4th September, served two months at Salisbury Plain and No. 2 Australian Auxiliary Hospital, Harefield. Then after ten months in France, was invalided from Ypres sector 10th October, 1917, to England and Australia, arriving in February, 1918.
