Book of Remembrance entry
Vet. Sci: Trooper, 1st A.L.H. Regt., A.I.F., Egypt and Palestine. Enlisting 27th January, 1916, and sailing 19th August, served from Egypt and Sinai, through Beersheba and Gaza to the Jordan Valley. Wounded at El Burkah 12th November, 1917, again in Masallabek 14th July, 1918, and invalided through sickness to Australia, arriving in January, 1919. Member of Hawkesbury Agricultural College (Diploma).
