Enlisting 18th July, 1916, and sailing 17th November, joined No. 2 Australian General Hospital, Wimereux, 3rd November, 1917, and transferred to 6th Australian Field Ambulance 12th December, being R.M.O. 21st Battn. from 10th March to 13th August, 1918. Served at No. 2 Aust. Auxiliary Hospital, Southall, from 30th December till demobilisation.
