M.B., Ch.M.; D.P.H. (Camb.) : Major, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Egypt. Enlisting igth October, 1914, and sailing 25th November as M.O., No. 2 Australian General Hospital, served at Mena, returning to Australia 25th September, 1915. From 10th December, 1917, to 31st August, 1918, was M.O. in charge (temporary lieutenant-colonel) No. 21 Australian Auxiliary Hospital, George's Heights, Sydney. S.M.O. Pensions Review Boards, 1918-19. Early education at Singleton and Sydney Grammar Schools.
