Diploma in Economics and Commerce, Arts II : Chaplain, and Hon. Lieutenant, A.R.C., A.I.F., France. Rejected for Active Service about the middle of 1916. Volunteering with Australian Red Cross and sailing in December, served in Wounded and Missing Department in France with rank of hon. lieutenant, A.I.F. till June, 1918. Then, enlisting in London, was appointed Chaplain, 12th Army Brigade and served with it until the Armistice, thereafter lecturing under A.I.F. Education Scheme and returning as Chaplain, troopship Ypiranga . Graduate, Camden Theological College.
