Book of Remembrance entry
B.A., Econ. II : Hon. Captain, Y.M.C.A., A.I.F., England and France. Joining on 1st July, 1916, and sailing 9th September, was attached to 5th Infantry Brigade in France from March, 1917, to March, 1918, and 5 th Division until December. Then served at Australian Base Depot, Havre, till March, 1919, and with Australian Commandant, Paris, until May, returning 9th August. Member of Teachers' College.
