Wilfred Oldham was an author and published thirteen books including history books for children and other topics including the Transportation System and the history of Port Adelaide. He was awarded the Tinline Scholarship in 1914 for which he produced a thesis titled 'Land Policy of South Australia from 1830 to 1842'.
