M.M., Med. : Private, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 25th October, 1915, and sailing 28th July, 1916, served with 8th Australian Field Ambulance at Flers, Bapaume, Bullecourt, Ypres, Messines and elsewhere until demobilisation, although injured at Ypres in October, 1917. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
