B.E. : Gunner, 108th Howitzer Battery, A.I.F., France. Enlisting 1st February, 1917, and sailing n th November, joined Small Arms Ammunition Section, 3rd D.A.C. in France and later served with above battery until demobilisation, returning via America. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
