Med. I : Lieutenant, 1st Battn., A.I.F., Gallipoli. Enlisting 3rd September, 1914, and sailing 18th October as second-lieutenant, was wounded at the Anzac Landing 25th April and evacuated to hospital. Died of Wounds, No. 1 Australian General Hospital, Heliopolis, 16th May, 1915, and was buried in Cairo War Memorial Cemetery. Member of St. Paul's College.
