A.I.C.A., Assistant Accountant: Gunner, 25th Battery, A.F.A., A.I.F., France. Enlisting in December, 1915, and sailing 16th May, 1916, joined battery in France and served until wounded in Ypres sector in September, 1917, being evacuated to hospital and invalided to Australia, arriving in April, 1918. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
