Book of Remembrance entry
Diploma in Economics and Commerce : Sapper, 4th Divisional Signal Coy, A.I.F., France. Enlisting 15th March, 1916, and sailing 21st June, 1917, was injured on troopship 15th August and in hospital and convalescent camp till May, 1918. Crossing to France, served as signaller from 4th October at St. Souplet, Busigny, Le Cateau, Anthee, and elsewhere until demobilisation. Early education at St. Stanislaus' College, Bathurst.
