Book of Remembrance entry
Arts : Sapper, 2nd Field Squadron, Engineers, A.I.F., Egypt and Palestine. Enlisting in September, 1916, and sailing in December, served till demobilisation in every action with the Division from 2nd Battle of Gaza through Palestine and Syria to Damascus. Early education at Leichhardt Superior Public School. Later at Teachers' College.
