M.S.M., Econ. : Staff-Sergeant, 54th Battn., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 10th October, 1915, and sailing 1st April, 1916, fought on the Somme. On account of illness, was transferred to Records Section, 3rd Echelon, in January, 1917, and served until demobilisation.
