V.D., L.R.C.P., M.R.C.S , Arts: Major, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Gallipoli and Egypt. Enlisting and sailing 23rd September, 1914, served with 1st A.L.H. Field Ambulance in Egypt five months, transporting sick and wounded to Malta and Alexandria two months and on Gallipoli two months, returning to Australia 25th November, 1915. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
