M.C.E.G.S.; former student of Engineering; mining engineer in W.A., Mexico, Portugal, Asia Minor, and Honduras.
October 1915, joined Inns of Court T.C., and gained commission in R.E. at Chatham; joined 173rd Tunn. Coy. in France, and remained with that unit till his death; promoted Lieut. in 1916.
Died of wounds at Loos on 8th June 1917.
