M.B., Ch.M. : Lieutenant, R.A.M.C., B.E.F., France. Enlisting and sailing in April, 1915, served as M.O. 16th General Hospital, Le Treport-Mers, with No. 8 Field Ambulance and as R.M.O. 1st Battn. Royal Scots Fusiliers, returning to Australia in June, 1916. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
