had served as a Gunner in A.F.A. 1907-9, and was 2/Lt. in July 1909, but resigned his commission on leaving for Malay States; returned to Australia, and was admitted to bar in W.A. 29.7.13.
3.9.14; sailed 22.12.14 to Egypt as Pte. 16th Btn. Was killed in action on Gallipoli on 2nd May 1915.
