M.B., Ch.M.,; F.R.C.S. (Edin.) : Captain, R.A.M.C., B.E.F., England and France. Enlisting in London in November, 1914, served for four months at Guards Depot, Caterham, Surrey. Crossing to France, joined Field Ambulance after one month''s service at Base Hospital and was R.M.O. in 5th Division for two and a half years and at a Casualty Clearing Station for six months. Early education at King''s College, Goulburn.
