Book of Remembrance entry
B.A. : Private, 2nd Battn., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 12th August, 1916, and sailing 8th November, joined battn. 20th August, 1917, and served at Polygon Wood, Broodseinde, Passchendaele and elsewhere as company signaller. Wounded at Meteren xst May, 1918, and evacuated to England, returning to Australia in April, 1919.
