Diploma in Economics and Commerce: Private, 23rd Australian Depot Unit of Supply, A.I.F., France; also British North Russian Relief Force. Enlisting 8th May, 1918, and sailing 3rd September, was allotted to 2nd Battn. in England but transferred to Unit of Supply after crossing to France. Re-Enlisting in Imperial Forces, was engaged on Siberian Border and Dwina River till June, 1919. Later attended London School of Economics, returning 7th February, 1920. Early education at Taree High School.
