M.D., Ch.M. : Surgeon R.N. Enlisting in November, 1914, served, mostly on destroyers, in North Sea and Mediterranean and on China and Australian Stations till 1917, sustaining a casualty at Gallipoli in 1915. Early education at Burwood Public and Sydney High Schools. Later one year in Arts.
