M.B., Ch.M. : Trumpeter, 1st A.L.H. Regt., A.I.F., Gallipoli. Enlisting in August, 1914, and sailing 19th October, proceeded with regiment to Gallipoli, where wounded at Lone Pine, 7th August, 1915, consequently returning to Australia 15th October. Early education at King''s College, Goulburn.
