Book of Remembrance entry
M.B., Ch.M. : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., Egypt and Palestine. Enlisting 19th January, 1918, and sailing 18th October, was at No. 14 Australian General Hospital, Port Said, from 23rd November. Joined 4th A.L.H. Field Ambulance, 2nd December, being R.M.O. 12th and 9th A.L.H. Regts. from January, 1919, to 2nd August, when transferred to United Kingdom, returning in January, 1920.
