Furthermore

Sir Raphael (Ray) Cilento had a notable yet controversial career. He created a new medical system, writing legislation for general medicine and mental health. He also studied Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1939.
He was knighted for his services in 1935 and later appointed to the United Nations Relief & Rehabilitation Administration in 1945 for his expertise in preventative medicine.

Cilento was also an active historical researcher, and President of the Royal Historical Society of Queensland. During the latter half of his career, however, his increasingly extremist views led to him finding it difficult to secure work as either a doctor or an academic.
