Book of Remembrance entry
Arts I : Lance-Corporal, 10th Coy., A.A.S.C., A.I.F., Egypt and France. Enlisting 27th September, 1915, and sailing 18th November, was with 20th Coy. A.A.S.C. for six months in Egypt and, transferring to 10th, crossed to France in June and served until wounded at Villers- Bretonneux in September, 1918, returning to Australia 19th January, 1919.
