M.B., Ch.M. : Gunner, 39th Battery, A.F.A., A.I.F., France. Enlisting 27th April, 1916, and sailing 29th July, crossed to France in December and was continuously with battery at Bullecourt, Messines and Ypres where wounded 31st July, 1917. Rejoining battery 25th November, served until demobilisation. Early education at Knox College and The King''s School.
