Book of Remembrance entry
B.D.S.; D.D.S. (Penn.) : Captain, A.A.M.C. (Dental Services), A.I.F., England and France. Enlisting in April, 1916, and sailing in October, 1917, after service as a dental officer in Liverpool Camp, was attached to camps on Salisbury Plain until towards the end of 1918. Then crossing to France, served until April, 1919, when appointed S.D.O., H.Q., London, remaining there until demobilisation. Early education at Sydney Grammar School.
