Law : Sergeant, 101st Howitzer Battery, A.I.F., France. Enlisting 7th December, 1915, and sailing 18th May, 1916, joined unit in March, 1917, and served at Bullecourt, Ypres, Passchendaele, Messines, Hazebrouck, Villers-Bretonneux and elsewhere until demobilisation. Promoted sergeant, August, 1918. Early education at Sydney High School.
