B.A. : Lieutenant, 33rd Battn. and A.A.M.C., A.I.F., France. Enlisting n th August, 1915, and sailing 1st March, 1916, joined 9th Australian Field Ambulance in England 24th April, and served in France in Battles of Warneton, Ypres I and II and elsewhere. Commissioned In the Field 9th November, 1918, transferred to 33rd Battn. 3rd December and promoted lieutenant, 3rd March, 1919.
