Book of Remembrance entry
M.B. : Captain, R.A.M.C., B.E.F., France and Salonika. Enlisting and sailing 9th March, 1915, served in No. 9 Stationary Hospital, Havre, June-July and then with n th Australian Field Ambulance on Western Front till middle of February, 1916, being invalided to Australia in March. Returning to England in February, 1917, was with Salonika force in Macedonia from October, 1917, to August, 1918, returning to Australia in January, 1919. Early education at Sydney Grammar School. Later at St. Andrew''s College.
