Eng. : Lieutenant, 1st Bde., A.F.A., A.I.F., France. Enlisting in February, 1917, and sailing 10th November, joined unit 13th March, 1918. Sent to Officers' Training Corps in August and served till demobilisation. Promoted second-lieutenant, 5th January, 1919, and lieutenant, 5th April. Early education at The King's School.
