M.B., Ch.M.; B.A. (Camb.) : Captain, A.A.M.C., A.I.F., England. Enlisting 27th October, 1916, and sailing 11th November, joined A.A.M.C. Training Depot at Parkhouse, Salisbury Plain, 31st January, 1917, and No. 3 Australian General Hospital, Brighton, 12th March. Invalided to Australia, arriving 7th August. Died from Illness due to War Service, Orange, 29th March, 1921, and was buried in Orange Cemetery. Early education at Malvern College (Worcester), Sydney Church of England Grammar School. Later at Caius College, Cambridge.
